What is the suggestion then for the performance measurement? Performance measurement is usually tied up with bonus and pay increase end of the year, so what would be the best approach if not the goals that have been achieved?

All nice talk but when it comes to mapping the approach with compensations....well that's the real issue that impedes- or rather postpones- the application of such systems into organizations..

It makes sense when he seperates "performance acceleration" & "performance measurement". But then he starts to throw terms like "Goals", "Ratings" & "Feedbacks", and says they don't work. But conversation between leaders and employees will work for performance acceleration. How? In the end, he doesn't even say what will work for "performance measurement". I beg his book will pack more information, but this video is a waste of time.
