This is absolutely amazing. I am working with children and people to bring people back to their love connection. I feel times are changing and people are waking to this fact that something doesn't feel as it should both at work and school.

Might the answer be to find the love in yourself and apply it to everything you do … everything. One has to seek OUT the love in order to apply it. We have been connected to this ‘love’ before we were born.

Right. That’s why the most successful people have broken out of the box of traditional education. Einstein. Beatrix Potter. Newton. We home educate and are so thankful for the opportunity to “see in the angel in the marble”.

This is a great conversation, and I hope leaders will listen to you to end the oppression that earning a living seems to require.

I don't think oppression is needed. Work is needed. That is it. But oppression is different. And with what Marcus is saying, if leaders provide a broad legal framework and then let their employees bring their creative unique ways to complete tasks, with some autonomy, work may feel different. Broad legal framework, is 'once employees do not violate national employment laws, and company laws, give employees freedom'. And Company laws btw, should be created to protect the protect the company and the employees, and provide equity, not to oppress.
