Do address the fact that many Performance Marketing or Paid Media internships have Work Experience or Ad Spend requirements in their eligibility criteria. How do we tackle that? (U can check if you are not convinced)

@@johnnybravo009 I agree with every thing you said except this one word (many) you should say every. I do have a portfolio with multiple projects, but my ad spend is too low. I know 70-80% of things mentioned in this video, but i am still struggling to get a paid media internship because of ad spent and work experience. Since last 3 months i have applied for more than 250 internships and junior roles, but nobody is ready to work with a fresher. Reason is simple even when a recruiter posts job like paid media interns with basic requirements like fresher, intrest in paid media etc etc. Even for this basic fresher jd they're getting application from 100s of students and lots of them even have work experience of 3mo to 1 year so why would a recruiter go with a fresher when they're getting experienced guys with same amt of money. The real problem for guys like us isn't skills and mindset. It is the extreme competition in our country. And the most sad part is when you know you can easily do everything that's mentioned in the jd, but u don't even get a chance to get interviewed and simply ghosted by recruiters.

The edit of the video is so much more distracting. For example, the 'kaching!!" sound of money or other effects are used as a sentence break and does not overlap with the voiceover. A serious video like this need not have so many tacky visual effects. You many take the reference of similar KZbinrs like Aaron Young or Amit Tiwari. I really like your content Sir, hence a long suggestion on the same. The edits should help enhance and support the quality of the content and must not look forced or jarring to the eyes.
