Students on our Performance Sports Programme benefit from individual strength and conditioning and speed, agility and quickness programmes throughout their time at Bryanston.
These programmes ensure that students have a solid foundation in movement skills, and joints are fully strengthened and core strength and stability are maximised ahead of weight training. This not only improves the ability of students to perform on the pitch, but also reduces the risk of injury.
Students will have key athletic metrics tested each half of term providing athletes, coaches and parents with regular feedback on their athletic improvements.
