I hear a pop ( snapping noise ) when I do leg raises. What can I do about it? And also groin hurts when squatting with wide stance

I can’t even lift my right leg without it hurting for the stage one extensions. My left leg feels fine and it’s really easy to do it. It hurts right above the tendon or muscle that’s in my thigh that goes to the pelvis. I don’t know if it’s hip flexor pain or what but it really hurts, can you help me figure it out?

Try the public symphysis exercises, it did wonders when I couldn't really do all others lol
