I rewatched the Stray Kids reality show recently, and the funny thing is, Jisung didn't seem to have the intent to be a vocalist for the group. When they were creating Hellevator none of the other vocalists thought they could do the high notes so Jisung ended up taking those parts. Seems like that just kind of continued and he's essentially been on belting high note duty ever since.

Seungmin is not the official Main Vocalist yet, Stay took it that way, but he is not.

Mercedes Romero even woojin was never officially set as main vocalist on their website as well, but in interviews woojin would say he is main vocalist. In the same way seungmin has said he is main vocalist on radio interviews after releasing go live, maybe not exactly worded as “main vocalist” but hyunjin and minho said they were in charge of dance, han and changbin said they were in charge of rap and seungmin said he was in charge of vocals. Saying seungmin is not main vocalist because its not officially said so is like saying hyunjin and minho arent main dancers and han and changbin arent main rappers

this song always makes me emotional especially as it came out right after Woojin left and even though this song is for a drama and the lyrics were about the storyline of the drama, they could also be related to Woojin. i honestly agree that they don't utilise seungmin's abilities more. i mean, he slays every part he gets but he can do better w more parts and songs which suit his voice more. if you want to listen to seungmin's vocals. you should check out his cover (in skz record), he has does a few (one w jisung as well) he's a huge fan of day so he has covered a couple of day6 songs.

10:40 jisung is actually singing 오래 (orae) instead of 우리 (uri), so the mouth shape makes complete sense, i think it turned into more of an “i” because of how high it is and him reaching for the note!

This is one of my favourite songs from them. I’m a casual fan but a huge OST enthusiast so I started crying during the scene in ‘Extraordinary You’ Stray Kids’ growth is insane and I hope they keep on getting better and marking their place in the industry. P.S. Jeff, I highly recommend Extraordinary You. The plot is super interesting and the male lead is Rowoon from SF9 (the giant tree). Maybe after you finish watching My ID is Gangnam Beauty.

the whole video you were clenching your fists i really felt that 😭 but seriously though, this was most stays' first experience as well to skz's ballad side. i honestly cried when i first listened to it and i'm still so SO obsessed with this song, even though it's not even a bside, it's an OST. everybody's vocals sound so amazing here and the boys proved that their vocal line is just as strong as their raps. but Seungmin doe.... that man rlly told me to keep my eyes on him during this entire performance... the way Jisung harmonised with his voice at the bridge...goosebumps 😭😭

As a singer myself and this being the first song we had from skz after Woojin's departure, it made me cry so many times and the live performance is a masterpiece full of emotions and talent. And yes! Changbin sings :") Jisung and him actually went on King of Maked Singer (separately) where they showcased both their singing and rapping skills. I recommend watching it! their voices are beautiful and it makes me mad that Changbin didn't like his performance and even wanted us to not watch it because he felt like he didn't do good enough even though it was incredible:((( I suggest watching the solo performances thox, Jisung sang "D (Half Moon)" by Dean and Changbin sang "Tomorrow" by Tablo, Taeyang (BIGBANG)! Honestly Neverending story was the first song that is released when wooj left and its the first song the 8 members sang so this song is really meant alot to us stays as if this became our healer and comfort. So every time i play this or just hear this song it always makes me emotional. This song is really special to us ☺️
