Love talking perfume! Cruelty free perfume has been one of the most challenging things for me but it feels like we’re finally getting more brands to choose from. ☺️

I ordered some of the sample Pinrose packs based on your previous video, I haven't tried them yet but I'm really excited! I've been trying to get through my ridiculous amount of sample bottles so I needed those like I needed a hole in the head, but whatever, LOL! I do find it easier to use perfumes now that I'm permanently working from home and having a nice scent puts me in a good frame of mind.

I love all those brands in your collection.😍 With Skyler I feel some fragrances smell synthetic. Almost like air freshners. I have decluttered from 30 bottles (mostly blind buys) to 5 bottles,1 body spray and 6 rollerballs. I started feeling very wasteful w/all this perfume everywhere and was happy to see most of them go.

I wish i liked fragrance, but they give me headaches. I’m kind of glad, it saves me quite a bit of money😁 i put that money towards nail polish instead.

I really want to try 7 virtues! I have some perfumes that I really love, but I do like to mix it up and try new ones. I get those little sample bottles to figure out which one I want to buy a bigger size of. Because even though I can recognize notes I like, sometimes it doesn’t smell how I want it to because of all the layers of fragrance.

I’m not big on fragrances because I get headaches with them, but Skylar Vanilla Sky is one that I can wear and I love it! I hate that they’re so expensive, so I’ve definitely got my eyes peeled when that one is on sale maybe for Black Friday or something. I can see how it wouldn’t be strong enough for some people though. I love the subtleness!

If you're after a perfume with good staying power you might like Vanillary from Lush, it's a classic warm not sweet vanilla! I know it was quite a popular scent a few years ago :)

oh man. fragrance is my weakness, (that and nail polish). i find it very hard to get rid of any unless i really see myself never wearing it, which i did around the holidays. my collection is “absurd” according to my husband who owns 2 lol - great job of sticking to what you know you’ll use!

Cruelty free + vegan perfume on a budget is a challenge! I currently have only 3 perfumes, one of which is half-ounce travel size. I'm intrigued by the 7 virtues tester set but I'm not sure when I'd be able to upgrade to a full size 😅 And even the tester set is a bit pricey!

I find it’s harder to smell cruelty-free perfumes in-person, which leads to more blind buying. I love Skylar Vanilla Sky and Lush Rose Jam body spray. I’m going to pick up the Sol de Janiero original body mist in the Sephora sale.

Rose Jam Gorilla Perfume is my fave! Recently sampled Tom Ford's Rose D'Amalfi, and it smells similar to the drydown of Rose Jam (once the lemon note is gone).

Fragrance is a weakness of mine. 😅 So excited for this video! I have the hardest time ever decluttering perfumes or body sprays. Also, have you noticed a difference between the old skylar perfumes (they were eau de toilette) and their new ones (now says eau de Parfum). Wondering if the lasting power is any better, scents any stronger, etc. Edit: Seems like it varies by scent still. Too bad!

Not sure if you just have them out of the boxes for the purpose of the video, but light (especially sunlight) can really quickly degrade perfumes, so it's best to store them in the box and away from light.

I have a single body spray from the ulta beauty brand that I use as a room spray, and a single roller ball of a pacifica perfume that I bought and then didn't use for a year 😂I created a small spring centric project pan to get use out it (and I've ended up liking it well enough lol).

I was about to order a sample set of skylar perfumes but hearing you say the lasting power isn’t great made me decide against it, they’re not cheap so it’s ridiculous that the scents don’t last that well

I own quite a few Skylar perfumes and I love them! I enjoy wearing scents, but many are way too strong for me. Skylar is a perfect level of strength for more, enough to smell it, but not enough to give me headache. So I guess it's personal preference. 🤷‍♀
