I used to have Myrrh & Tonka and it’s incredibly intoxicating! I also found that it has decent lasting power, especially on clothes! The sleeves of my coat smelled like this perfume for weeks. ✨

@@bonneviem Hey something similar happened to me like the fragrance was infact gifted by my ex but the sad thing was I couldn't wear it cause it just gave me flashbacks so what I did was started wearing it to different occasions so that I associate new good memories with it and it worked so try repurchasing and doing it once.

it's gorgeous - sometimes I wonder if I would want to actually smell like lilac or if I just like to smell it - you know? but this one works well because it's beautifully blended and balanced with the vanilla and almond milk. It's so lovely.

OMG Love myrrh and tonka, it's not too strong but I find it does last on me. Def top 10 for life. I enjoy JMs intense line, don't really love their regular line. I also love their oud and bergamot, though lasting power isn't great. My next one I want to get is their vetiver and golden vanilla. 😍

"a perfect gourmand perfume for the summertime." I blind bought wanted girl a month ago and, being fairly new to the perfume world, it's quite different from anything i've smelled before. Esp since I mostly have florals in my collection. But I definitely see the 'gourmand' quality to it now. I'm still unsure about gourmands and don't plan on getting any anytime soon, but WG was a great one to dip my toes in :)

That issy myake looks like a beast implant !!. The jo malone is absolutely amazing scent but you're spot on . Its not great at lasting. Jenny glow do an excellent dupe for it thats lasts forever. And at around £7 its a bargain.

Aldi do an amazing dupe for the joe malone it’s spot on and it’s like 6 pounds it’s unbelievable. It also lasts forever you can get it on eBay for about 25 but it’s so worth it xxx

If u want pure vanilla without other mixing notes, get Tihota. The musk is so subtle that it’s not that noticeable unless u think about it

Personally I have to say I prefer the Vaniglia - I love that it has a slight floral twist to it, it gives it some more sweetness and personality. If I could only choose just one, it would be Vaniglia. The Tihota is more of a relaxing fluffy soft vanilla with musky undertones, far less sweet than Vaniglia.

Hi! Do you think Myrrh & Tonka smells similar to Bois Dore in any way? I had a bottle of Bois Dore and loved the smell but gifted it to my boyfriend. I’m trying to find it but it seems to be out of stock constantly now so I’m also looking for something to replace it with the same vibe

I think they're in the same family but smell quite different. Bois Dore is more metallic where this one has more of that soft spice, it's also I think not very complex. I think you'd find it has a similar vibe though.

I tried about 15 different niche vanilla fragrances from LuckyScent recently and Mazzolari Vaniglia and Indult Tihota were at the top of my list! Another one that is quite beautiful is Sucre Noir from Arte Profumi. There really is nothing quite like a good, simplistic vanilla! 🥰 Now, I just need to somehow justify purchasing all three at some point.. 😂 I can’t pick just one!
