OMG, I’ve been waiting for this review and validation for 5-6 years, lol; you have no idea how happy this review has made me. In 2018/19, I hounded, HOUNDED you to try this. We briefly chatted about it, which led me to believe you were going to give it a go. When nothing came of it, I presumed you tried it, but didn’t want to leave a bad review video, and put it down. Because I’ve always had the upmost respect for your knowledge and nose, it made me think that my ability to recognize a good fragrance wasn’t as good as I thought, lol. I was kinda devastated. So thank you, for inadvertently boosting my confidence in my ability recognize, and fall in love with the stellar, quality creations.

I picked up a sample of this after seeing this review. My immediate first thought was... "hmm... really? Smells a bit old fashioned" but that was just the first split second. I've worn it two days in a row now and every time I get a smell of it, I notice different little things. Very hard to explain, but it's addictive! I'm not usually a fan of sweet smelling fragrance, but this is different. Obviously thoughtfully crafted with high quality ingredients. I totally "get" what he means when he says "sweet, clean" now! The fact ATH instantly picks up on why this one's so special while it's taken me days shows what a master he is at the craft.

I bought this blind based off this video... Must admit I felt let down when i first sprayed it, but i persevered and wore it consistently for a week and now I love it. Also weird note i guess but of my, admittedly small but growing, collection the atomiser on this bottle is leagues ahead of any other... It is incredibly satisfying to spray which is not something I have noticed (good nor bad) on any other bottles.

It’s a man’s frag but its for everyone, it’s a summer fragrance, but you can wear it anytime, its dark but light, its clean but dirty, dense but airy … Kajal covering all the bases ! 😅

I've tried a handful of Kajal fragrances and they have all been very well done. My favorites are III and IV. They are very different (III is a citrusy floral amber and IV is a sharp aromatic leather), but both are exquisite.

This is done by Christian Carbonnel and, Rosendo Mateu. Two Spanish Master Parfumer! Aaron, can you please review Xerjoff Comandante! It is a hidden gem and somewhat in the same ballpark like Kajal Homme IMO. 😎👍🏼
