Always appreciate your professional explanation of how the scent works. I agree that the longer it is on my skin, the more it projects and I really enjoy this fragrance. I love spicy woody and amber oriental scents, especially with cinnamon, ginger or vanilla, and this has all three.

Really loved the science and chemistry behind this. As I've been watching your channel for longer, I have slowly understood the verbage of some of the chemicals used. In this video in particular I was able to piece some of the molecules and different chemicals together in my understanding of how perfumery works. Absoloutly it starts to project when you heat up, I had it on my forearm for 8 hours, and it was close to skn but I went to the gym, and it started projecting again, I was suprised

An interesting review. I often wonder if they skipthe bottle quality to add to the ingredients whilst trying to target a lower pricepoint demographic. I am hopeful that one year you will review Gladiator Oud by Electimuss. I have Supernova on today. Here, it is 92 degrees Farenheit, and its perfectly uplifting and theraputic to me. Kudos.

On my skin, this has an aqua feel to it that dilutes the density that the notes promise, which was very disappointing to me...BUT everything was put in its place in the Night version! That one is spectacular! A masterpiece in my view. Great review as always.

If you want to see wich ATH parfume is for you, go crazy and get the sample box. It's ALMOST all of his perfumes in 10ml bottles and you can wear them all and see what you like. That's what I have done. It is difficult to tell someone wich fragrance they might like, it's very personal.

I bought a decant, i agree that this is hardly what u expect from a designer house. I like to smell it but i wouldnt wear it. I would recommend Nishane Nefs, i have recently traded and i think it might really be something u will give and 8 or above out of 10. I really enjoyed, all blind bought 1)Patchouli Noir 2)Boss Bastard 3)Onyx 4)Daddy Loads Compliments from the ladies for Patchouli Noir, great job Aaron.

I bought Paco Rabanne XS about 3-4 years ago blindbuy and didn't know what to think of it as well at first. Initial spray smelled like an experiment. Like someone tried to mix Pure Havane w/ an oldschool urinal cake like fragrance (think early 1980's Oscar de la Renta Pour Lui or Kouros) then mix in some fruity pebbles cereal 🥴... However in my frag journey years ago I've learned to be patient (Thank you Pasha de Cartier edt!) Set it aside for 6-8 months. I like it a lot more now and it gets compliments in autumn. Aaron if you could get your hands on a sample of Amiri Arabian Oud. 🔥🔥🔥 It smells Regal🤩, and last 14 hrs on my skin! One of my best discoveries this year for summer. If Zaharoff Signature PH & discontinued Lalique Hommage L'homme had a baby, Amiri would smell something like it.

Thank the heaven in post-communist contries in the 90's we did not have urainal cakes that smelled so well, or any urinal cakes at all, because I hear the urinal cake story a lot and I judt feel it f*ckes someone ability to enjoy a fragrance.

@@walterkondor9311 I hear ya man. Yeah back in the late 70"s up to late 80's that smell was present in a handful of fragrances, although odd it somehow worked for the time period. Kinda the way civet and castorium were used in many frags, but by itself such notes would be repulsive. It gave frags a dirty edge, for others a clean boys lockeroom smell with "new urinal cakes" and some barbisal. People back then would be embarrassed to advertise beaver juice or exotic cat glands (Caron Yatagan or Jacques Bogart Furyo) They somehow worked though. The same way some kids back then secretly liked to sniff magic markers or Elmer's glue, but embarrassed to admit it. Lol I guess today's equivalent might be how ambergris is used. (Who knew the smell of whale intestines would work so well in perfumery?🤷‍♂️😏)

Underrated scent, feels very much in the same genre like Yves Saint Laurent Bleu Electrique, Demi likes it, and she was surprised that she enjoys a Paco Rabanne fragrance lol It is synthetic tho, but not as bad as some others out there, definetly getting some Cola vibes from it. There is also the XS Night, but I much prefer the Pure XS.
