While Under My Skin isn't my favorite from Francesca, I own full bottles of and absolutely love both The Dark Side and Lost In Heaven. She seems to really love using Orris Root / Iris as a key material in many of her perfumes to give them (or maybe build off of) a very natural and human base. A full Discovery Set from her is definitely well worth the money.

I got her Back from Mars discovery set for christmas last year. So many good fragrances. My favourite so far is Dark Side even though I also really enjoy Etruscan Water and Black Knight from Mrs. Bianchi. I will have to revisit this one.

Love Francesca bianchi's creations, have Black Knight, Sticky fingers, Under my skin and my favourite Etruscan Water...would buy more but the import duty into the UK is shocking

When you mentioned sandalwood my ears fixed, I love sandalwood, in fact aaron I've just purchased SANTAL by floris of London and its beautiful also very reasonably priced, £60 for 50ml, or £80 for 100ml. Its extremely well put together, for a classic it actually feels quite modern aswell, extremely signature worthy,

I may eventually have to have a bottle of each and every one of her frags…so far I have her discovery set and full bottle of Lost in Heaven, The Dark Side, Tyger Tyger, and Unspoken Musk. The Lover’s Tale is on my wishlist. And Sticky Fingers rivals the most chocolate cakey of patchouli fragrances. I imagine eating a chocolate cake made out of actual patchouli with my hands. I will have to have this one too.

I love this, own a bottle, better for colder weather...lots of woods...very warm... little overly powdery but lovely super wearable skin scent, eventually...The Dark Side, Tyger Tyger is worth a try, more up your alley, beautiful drydowns. Aaron!!

Just got my collection box and man I love lemon, cardamom and bergamot fragrances for summer time. I would definitely buy another collection box with more oud and woody fragrances for the winter if you ever make another one! Sad that oud and some other winter fragrances are sold out in 10ml or I would be ordering again 😁. Can't wait for what's next!

Wtf Aaron chasing after italian indie brands 🙂 did not expect this review at all, i was more used to sort of more "mainstream" niche. I like this and since you're big into patchouli i encourage you to try "Sticky Fingers" from the same brand

Francesca creations are outstanding. This one you tried isnt my favorite. Sex and the Sea Neroli, Dark Side, Tiger, Etruscan Water and Sticky fingers are masterpieces. If I can speculate, you would like them more. LOVE her frangrances, they are complex and different. Aaron you should try others too. Her signature leather and Iris accord is present in her many fragrances.

As soon as I hear "animal," I'm out...I can detect even slight stanks, and I'll never understand what people find appealing (or worse, "sexy") about them. Same with the indolic stuff. Aside from that, here in NY we have "eco-parks," and I take all the plastic that our trash service doesn't take for recycling, to that place instead. But agreed, kinda strange to be "eco" but using plastic. Cheers!
