I agree! There are many fragrances that reviewers rave about that people around me don't even seem to notice (i.e.: BR540 EDP and Oud Jaune Intense just to name a few). I LOVE and own these 2 babies, but truth be told, nobody ever gave me a compliment 🙃, not that I care, but it's a fact LOL. That being said, we're all different and fragrances that perform amazingly well on some people, may not work for others. Italica for example, on me it's a little monster 😛 (I get 8 hours without even spraying on clothes), and for Chris and for other people I know, it doesn't work because it disappears super quick. But I agree, aside from our differences as human beings, I think some reviewers exaggerate about the compliments they get 💜😍.

I got the OP version of Rouge Malachite and BR 540 because of Demi, and I liked BR540, so I got the bottle direct from MFK. I got both the La Belle and the Arabians Tonka because of Paulina Shaar. I love that you made a channel to help others. I LITERALLY made mine to help MYSELF so that i could ASK OTHER PEOPLE what different scents were like so that I never had to relive my "shoe" experience again. So funny. I love Giselle of GB Fragances too. Such a knowledgeable lady. I have never blind bought a niche fragrance but I bought "Brume du Matin" (Fragrance du Bois) based on her wonderful recommendation and I love it so much. I have also bought many designer fragrances based on Paulina's recommendations and loved them all (eg. Chloe Nomade Absolu, La Belle, Jasmine Wisp, Mont Blanc Signature). I didn't pick up the coffee but what develops on my skin is really nice😍 definitely one to have in a collection and the prices lately have been really good too. I know at some point it was expensive but it's coming down in price.

Rouge Malachite is delicious. To me It smells a little bit like Alien by Mugler. Sadly it doesn't last for long time on me.

Is Angel’s Share worth the splurge? Is it feminine or masculine leaning?

I believe it is worth it since I have not come across anything in the designer world that smells similar, It's a very unique boozy fragance. I find It to be a little more feminine but I have not smelled it on a man yet so I don't know how it would develop on a man. Another important point is that I know scents like Instant crush not smelling good on my skin and smelling incredible on men 😔 the best is to pass by a counter and smell it or buy a decant if possible. :-)
