2kg chiken leg pieces with skin
3tbsp peri peri sauce xxhot
2tbsp sriracha sauce
2tbsp soya sauce
3to 4 tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp chiken tikka masala
1tbsp Tandoori masala
1tsp ajwain
4tbsp oil
1tsp garlic paste
1.5tbsp mustard paste
Marinate for 3 to 4 hours and then grill on 180 degrees for 20 minutes or as per your oven temperature .serve with hot potato wedges and lemons.
