If you want to thaw something in a hurry, put it in a bowl or container that’s big enough to be completely submerged in water and set it in the sink under a very thin stream of cold water and it’ll thaw in no time.

I'd choose steak and shrimp but the chicken looks yummy. Not sure what's going on lately but we always loved spicy food and now neither one of us can handle it. Not even black pepper. Great video Ken 😊.

Agreed, I HATE the gym I feel like a hamster on a wheel. Our planet is so big and beautiful why not just go walk outside or do other exercises. I also hate the stinky smell of the gym, cant stand it.

i’ll never trust my brother again. He gave me three of his hot wings. Omg absolutely never again He got the spiciest dry rub they have at slim chickens it was jet fuel,nasa rocket 🚀 fuel my mouth i sucked down a bottle of my green mixed berry tea nope,my pepsi diet had no flavor milk either my lips tingled. Milk sorta then the heat fought back. What a beep. Thank God literally no trouble guts or stomach aches. Ken cayenne pepper is HOTTER than a jalapeño. ruin your eggs. Go with Tony Chacheries low sodium or Konrico creole seasonings. The creole uses pepper but not black pepper in their cans. Some do i’m sure. Poke around your grocery store or online. Usually if it’s just says spices it’s a family secret. Konrico not spelled right i’m sure but Brown label yellow lid. picture of a Louisiana plantation house mansion on the label.
