Peri-Peri is very popular in South Africa and has been adopted by other cuisines all over the world. Nandos is a restaurant chain that serves peri peri chicken, and I’ learning, Nando’s is also in Chicago, Maryland, and many other states in North America. The chicken is well marinated with the peri peri sauce as well as the rice, the shallot, coconut milk and oil will enhance the flavor of the rice I like sprout mostly winter veggies here, I like the added honey sister madam😁, the outcome of the coated peri peri chicken is so inviting, great combination with the rice,, great presentation as always, thanks for sharing ❤️👍🏾
