I rarely comment on any social media platform. I was 20 days late for my period. Actually i was diagnosed with pcod. But as I have started following hiit workouts for quite a long time so my periods mostly on time. But this time although I have tried many heavy workouts at home but my period didn’t come on time but this workouts really worked as miracle for me. ARE Maine to evening se hi sunna strt kiya tha ...aur morning me aagya... lekin next day nhi aaya ...phir se mantra suna. I was 10 days late for my period. I tried acupressure,yoga ,subliminals for 4 5 days but it didn't work.Yesterday i tried this exercise 2 times actually with no hope and i drank cumin turmeric water also did acupressure and listened subliminal at night and i got my period today morning .im so happy i had great fear actually. @@Gyaaani_Baba due to stress I was facing late periods it was 15 days days it happened 3 times so I called the gyno she put me in a hormonal pill Which bloated the shit out of me I’m in the last 21 days then I will be off of the pills n then I will start doing the period exercise right now I’m under the effect of this pill so the exercise won’t show any result
