This is the first time I've heard (the finished version of) this song without the vocals. The bass sounds like it wants to murder me. Still a great song, I love hearing all the little details you miss normally. Just caught me off-guard.

Yes. this version is amazing. I feel like sometime the lyrics can actually take away from a song. This is the case with "Remain indoors". Yes, the vocals have the main melodic structure to the song, but the instrumental itself can be it's own spectacular song.
