Azazul Soulmeister it’s a Dingwall, I think the model is an ABZ and they are pretty expensive over $1400 not exactly sure for the price of that specific model as a 6 string

hey dude, I was wondering about the all-downstrokes riff at 3:19... I've noticed nolly did those things many times, like the intro for flatline, for example... why is that? in those cases, isn't it pretty much the same as alternating up and down as usual? what's the main tonal difference? on these riffs I feel like it's pretty much the same... cheers!

Hard downpicking has a more aggressive attack and tambre. Look at John Browne or James Hetfield play rhythm guitar it's all downpicking. Has more balls to it than alternate picking

Seems like most people use 165-190 or so

Yeah Nolly uses a 175 but for a 37in scale, so for a standard scale 34in maybe you would rather use a 190

Ronald Mick yeah Kalium is the only company right now that can do really high gauges, and it does get super clear with better tension on the accompanying tuning
