This 1964 US Army film looks at U.S. propaganda and psychological operations activities in the Asia-Pacific region. Life under American occupation , judging by the openness of the filming, is way better than living under any communist or dictators military administration. Jeez just look how Russia treated the East Germans for many years after ww2. And here we are again, with an agressive Russia. Ive been totally impressed with the courage and skill of the Ukrainians. The fact they are asking the world for help, and Putins army kills civilians en masse, means imo we need to keep supplying them. I think Europe needs to be spending the majority of money and equipment. The Russian Army machine, which was so secretive, has been layed bare in Ukrainian lands. The way Russians treat their ethnic minorities is horrendous. And in 2024 we are still being blackmailed by North Korea , and have many soldiers still patrolling the DMZ. Americans should have the utmost faith our military fights to win. Vietnam and Afghanistan were 2 counterinsurgencies we eventually fled from.
