In 1963 approx 30% of Milk was Home delivered. By 1975 that was down to 7% It hung around in some places into the 90's.

@RickBerg-b9k It seemed such a nice place to live, sunny clean and progressive and now it seems like a parasite harvest festival. Why are the laws being changed to suit crimes? Why does it seem like the homeless don't any help from such a great nation with lots of money and ideas but the homeless situation just gets worse. I get why they want the temperature and environment on the streets. Some investments are much needed. I feel sorry for them some of them have untreated medical, mental health issues that are untreated, so drug use sky rockets. Shame.
