Perjury is about giving false information/documents in Court. This is an offence and you can be prosecuted. While dealing with perjury section 340 of Cr.P.C. is most important section to be read.

A person not related to SAIL/BSL has claìmed for declaration of title siut on some ground of a leased quarte to their employee myself by undertaking ogr SAIL/BOKARO STEEL PLÀNT. 340 crpc r/w 195 basically on false/fraud agreement filed. Under pressure of court its copy given to opposite party. Civil judge and opposite vakeel sticks to that civil case me criminal case maintanable nheen hai. kya kren pl suggest.

There is basic requirement/statutary guidlines in filing complaint/plaint, is to be supported by affidavit then what is the need to declared in priyanka srivatva case about ruling for filing affidavit. It means previously no such rule. If such rules was there why the persons are not being punished for giving false affidavit on sue moto action.

One of the common area's of perjury is dying declaration also. It may happen that because of intentions of the dying person he may give wrong statement and our system totally relies on that statement. It is hard to disprove for the accused person. Something needs to be changed.

Yes, there are few judgements where dying declaration is under doubt of suspicion, acquittals are given in trial. Also, the person being dead, perjury proceedings are out of question

In divorce matter my wife given false affadavit about income as well as in cross cross she found contradicted statement. Her witness also found contradicted in cross. Still judge did not bother about my argument & dispose matter in 7 year after. I given her salary bank account to show her lie on oath as well as given another bank account details to show that she have another bank account but still judge not bother the same . As per judge she did not hide income details.she already file two affadavit where she mansion her brother & father maintain her & she have no bank account . In cross I disclose her salary bank account & another bank details . Fistly she deny the same document & than accept the same... Is this coming in purjury 340 ???? As per judge she did not hide her income heance she did not done offence purjury 340 & my divorce application also dismissed on the basis of several NC without medical report.
