Perkins AD3-152 first start in 12 years

Got it startet after we assembled Cav pump, put it on a trailer, homemade fuel system, and timmed it after a bad first start. Big smile at the end of the day.

Love a Perkins, can’t beat the sound!! Where is the engine serial number on a Perkins AD3.152? The engine is on a 1998 Massey Ferguson 231 tractor.

Jeez, strip the old CAV injection pump down and put a seal kit through it and a new pump liner and blades. It would have started first time if it had fuel 😫
