Perkins Daily Engine Check Series: Water Separator Drain

Thanks for the video. I have a New Holland T6050 with 6.5ltr Perkins engine. What happens to the air in the water separator when you empty any water from the separator and then it primes back up with fuel from the 1st ignition? Does it need to be bled off futher along the fuel line before the fuel gets to the injectors. Thanks.
