RiP Eddie Harsch (born Edward Hawrysch; May 27, 1957 - November 4, 2016) was a great Canadian keyboardist

The Sound Guy was most likely a hired gun for the Festival. That drum sound slight delay going on was NOT GOOD!! Even with all of that you did a nice job. Probably a little difficult filling the big shoes of Kenny Johnson.

Thanks I did my job with the james Cotton band! Other wise james would not hired me. All the cds I am on 5 awards. Played with everybody under the sun. And being in Drum Corps reading drum Music! The Legendary Merle Perkins lol

Swiss TV and Radio were nearly always involved in the Recording of the Music. Problem was more often, that back then the Festival was still about 50 Percent Jazz and some of the Sound People had their Problems with „Rocking“ Bands. Some, not all.

@@perkolat Solid playing! Listening to "Boogie Thing" right now! You have the freight train running smooth. I am harp player 48 years, was full time pro by age 20 in Country (started in Bluegrass bands) but also had a Swing Dance, Blues, Jazz, R&B band for 10 years...and many other gigs, shows, sessions....have opened for and played with some R&R Hall of Famers too. You are for sure laying down a solid pocket with great taste on the fills & accents too. Thanks for posting this.
