Marc Thank you. I like the concept of your channel. can we expect videos on shadow colors or warm/cool colors

@@kubilay7172 thank you 🙏🏻 yes, shadow color and warm-cool relationship will come on the channel when I start talking about color mixing. This is a pretty big chapter, and it will come as soon as I am done with my series of videos “starting oil painting”, where I talk about the basic needs of starting oil painting 🙏🏻

Did you decide which one to use after painting several pieces? It seemed to me Rembrandt Perm. Madder Deep was slightly cooler. But may be that is just how it looks on my screen.

@@senizmcmullen484 I have been using Rembrandt Perm. Madder Deep since that video. It goes very well. Like I said, I will have no issue to use Permanent Alizarin Crimson if I have to. Both are great. On my palette, both serve as a cool red, and both are a good choice 🙏🏻

To me it seems that the Rembrandt one looks a bit more closer like the original alizarine crimson. The Utrecht one looks a bit more bright and like plain red on the second swatch and also more transparent then the other two.
