Permits extended for Basotho, Zimbabweans: Dr Vusumuzi Sibanda

Why is it that there is so much hullabaloo around foreigners who have got permission one way or another to be in the country? Shouldn't the country be concerned with those who are undocumented who might be the ones committing crimes in this country? Foreigners who are eager to be documented, in my view would be less inclined to commit crimes, judging by the way they are eager to be documented. South Africa as as one of the closest neighbors, there is no way it was going to be possible to avoid this kind of problem, given the dire situation in Zim especially...
