I always will have kappas in my heart ..in 1980 there was no kappas at Glassboro state which is now Rowan university but because of connections I had Rutgers Camden come in form one .. I never had the chance to pledge to I ended getting ill and left before all was said and done but never in my life would I front on any fraternity just to fit in .. you still can support and attend events or how about just pledge

Why do that? If they had true respect for Diggs and the pain the founders went through in Bloomington between the years of 1910 and 1911 they would not do that. I am going to join grad soon and I have a deep respect for the founders to have started an all black fraternity in the heart land of the KKK. i agree with Anthony... all the fakes need to be distributed to every province and chapter and posted on the website. Also, every Kappa that has crossed and is a true Kappa needs to be documented online with the year they crossed over and the school. I think there are several fakes that are using the Kappa name to get things and services and the average person don't know how to look up and verify if they are actually a true Kappa or not. At lease with the websites showing actual Kappas and the year they crossed over or even pledged will be helpful.

no need to know A Kappa perp here has the official state issued (Mississippi) tag so I imagine wherever he got it from they didn't require a membership card/certificate (we're from the same town but in this county you HAVE to show one of those items to get that plate). There has to be be some type of national database of some sorts for all guys that have applied for membership with our orgs (I'm a Sigma) as well as perps to get control of this

What does “underground “ have to do with anything ? That means that you didn’t walk in line or do activities in public , but you still have to do the proper intake process to be a member. Plus, your name is on the national list forever. No paperwork or documentation , not a member.... You can’t make up your own requirements for membership in any organization that aren’t ratified by the governing boards of said organizations. That’s foul as all get out !!! People work hard to get into these organizations and take it very personally when a “perp” is outed. The penalty if caught in public used to be at least an ass- whoopin’ if you got caught by the wrong ones !!! Yes , I’m a member and know first hand, it’s been years since I’ve seen someone outed in public, but it’s still stuck in my memory and I’m sure that guy’s too ! Please don’t allow anyone you know to do this , it could be dangerous to their health and well-being.... I’m just sayin’ .....

Respectfully, I am not a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, but I can't help but ask. How do some of these guys get away with claiming they are Kappas when they are not? I see some of them in pictures with Kappas throwing up the YO, homeboy had a licence plate cover and other wearing t shirts in public places. How is it they are not called out or giving a CHARGE? What happens when they are offered the GRIP? I am just shocked by this.

Years ago, when I called it quits had no desire to be part of this organization nor did I desire to make friends and even in school when placed in group activity refused to participate. With that being said, what is the point of pretending to be part of something you're as for the stuff I got I threw it all away and kept nothing and though I back in school and this happened 20yrs ago have no desire to join any chapter and though I have family members who did good for them, but it means nothing to me, and I would even encourage my kids to pledge and would strongly advised against it and if they desired to join would not get a dime from me.
