I lived in Moreno Valley for 1 month in 1985, haven't been back since. Been in Santa Monica for 35+ years now. Still, I'd choose Perris CA over any other state.

It's poor, 80% of the ppl speak only Spanish! I'm moving to Menifee soon. Much better place & no stupid train horn going off every damn 15 minutes at 6pm 7p. 8pm 9pm stupid train horn. It's depressing listening to that damn horn. Glad I'm moving to a more rich city.
