I absolutely adore this house. Perris Monte Carlo is criminally underrated and not given enough credit by the the "paid to play" reviewers on YT.

Great to hear from you Paul and congratulations on your beautiful collection!! That's impressive that you own them all🧡 But to me this makes sense, they really are totally incredible and diverse to each other, that to own them all would be such a wonderful inclusion in anyones fragrance library. @@TheNicheFragranceCollector I just discovered this house, and bought, "santal pacifique". Wow, what a great scent, it's as good as my Tam Dao. And it smells different than the other 3 sandalwood perfumes I own Santal royal, Guerlain. Indian sandalwood Dunhill Tam Dao, diptiyque. All four smell different than each other, next one I'm gonna get is YSL 24 rue de l' universete.

Thanks for the video. This is so beautiful and so educative. One of the most interesting things I've discovered about the brand PERRIS MONTE CARLO is that they are one of the most affordable fragrance houses in the NICHE category! The last time I encountered them in my local store in Northern Nigeria, they were selling at the equivalent of about $USD30-40! I like the bottle designs too. They are so gorgeous. I will definitely go get some as soon as possible. Thanks for the wonderful video, once again. 👍

Thank you Marcelo for another informative and well done segment. I haven't smelled anything from this brand, so now is the time to start! My favorite part was Alessandra explaining why citrus notes don't last as long as others. Very powerful stuff and rarely mentioned. Makes perfect sense on a molecular level. As always, you're doing top shelf work here bro. Your trip to Italy was classic.

It was pure genius from Alessandra; this explanation has resonated with a number of subscribers, it's perfectly visual....you can actually see this happening in your mind! And yes, I would strongly recommend anything from Perris Monte Carlo; you'll be impressed at the level of quality you're getting for the price you're paying. Always great to hear from homie👊🏽

@sajalgoswami1217 the joy of the Perris Monte carlo range is that you can create hundreds of different combinations with their fragrances. Because the core note in the fragrance is designed to be a single expression. You can now combine this with anything from the range depending on your mood. Santal + Rose de Mai = a woody floral Santal + bergamotto di Calabria = summery woods Santal + patchouly nosy be = Woody winter magic And it goes on and on. The beauty is for you to do your own Discovery… Good luck Sajal💫

Hola Marcelo! ...what a great interview... thank you for that . I have aquestion for you this time .. If you were to travel to Atacama desert in Chile, what would be your fragrance of choice for that harsh environment? I honestly have no clue which one should I bring. Take good care of yourself! Abrazos !
@TheNicheFragranceCollector2 жыл бұрын
Hola Carlos, great to hear from you homie! I love this question! As soon as I read it, my brain started to suggest some fragrance's and I realised that the scent profile to each of them was 'citrus'. I actually think a vibrant, green, woody citrus fragrance would work well in that environment. Things like: - Humbolt by Fueguia - Petit Matin by MFK - Renaissance by Xerjoff Theres also another fragrance by Fueguia called Cactus Azul which might be appropriate. It has Cactus flower, mint and cedarwood...this one could work too I'll be interested to know what you settle on and how it performs in this environment...awesome field experiment😎 Great to hear from you Carlos; stay well homie

Difficult to be objective front of the owner. I would prefer your own ranking or review, especially of the black collection among which Cacao aztèque seems very interesting. Nice video anyway.
@TheNicheFragranceCollector2 жыл бұрын
What you're saying is right. It is tough having the owners of the brand in the same room as the discussion. One rule that I have with all my videos is that I have to really love the fragrance's because I'm too expressive that I give myself away (not a good poker player). In the case of perfumes that we spoke about in this episode, I either own it or love it (and it's next in line to buy). We hand picked the ones that we spoke about. I have tried Cacao Azteque and I did enjoy it but I feel that I need to give it another go. My problem is that at the time I was comparing it to other cacao fragrances that I have in my collection that I love and this one didn't quite hit the same heights as those...but again I need to test again. I am planning to review the ones that I have in my collection and provide more of a break down on how they work for me. Thanks for reaching out Christophe, really appreciate your comment👊🏽
@christophebagonneau36762 жыл бұрын
@@TheNicheFragranceCollector The key to appreciate Cacao aztèque is maybe not to look for any chocolate flavor in it. Fresh cacao beans' smell is quite different. By the way, I live currently in a tiny town in French countryside and my local perfume shop got most of the perfumes you are talking about, which makes your videos even more interesting. My best regards to your wife I got the impression I kind of know since you regularly talk about her. Have a good trip in Europe. Christophe
