As he was ending his show, he would play Marvin Hamlisch's 'The Entertainer' and that loud KDKA sounder that would blast at every top of the hour that would scare the Hell out of me in the middle of the night....

I have to admit Perry Marshall was partially responsible for making me a night owl.

Perry was a great voice to listen to. Retired for 23 years before he died. Almost no information on his children or what he did in his latter 23 years of life.

I’m Perry grandson he retired when I was born so he could spend time with me and other family
