Vincent, unfortunately these Dragoons are not really suitable for the Peninsular period, as they have the shorter 1812 type uniform jackets. If you want true Peninsular period Dragoons, then I suggest you use the "Front Rank" pre 1812 figures.

+Michael Huxley very true l and I think I alluded to it in the video that they weren't a perfect fit however I prefer plastic over metal for anything other than characters/commanders and one-offs so compromises are a necessity. I've got the osprey dragoons book on order, I'm hoping there's some good diagrams that will aid inaltering the jacket with green stuff. Thanks for the comment!

Not to mention nobody sane is going to nitpick when playing you over that. In any case... gorgeous miniatures! :)

It may pay to buy 2 sprue of dismounted dragoons to represent equal number of riders and dismounted figures .Another suggestion is just Blu-tack the riders if you intend to play those figs on foot , someone has to take the horses to the rear while they advance ( ie take off mounted Dragoon ) and take the bridge in the next town ?

Absolutely, I prefer the second option myself, but why not go the whole hog and get some dragoon horses, and a handful of discounts and make a little scenic Base where a handful of dragoons keep the horses tethered down whilst the other lads are off giving the British a bloody nose?
