The religion in ancient Persia was Zoroastrian. Founded by Zarathushtra. (His name means "He of Golden Light" as his aura shined with a golden-hued color.) Chidren in school were taught they should always speak the truth

The city near by is cacelled Pasargade this is the first united nation building / palace some 590 BC. United nation today has opted the name of General assembly hall as Hall of Nations. Each year at Nowrouzh (Persian new year) all countries who were friends of Persia were presented to the King of kings and all their problems were heard by the king. Its irrigation and drianage system are not shown here, for that time it was far ahead of time.

Fascinating! The video is 240p, and the original 3D files probably look very nice in a fly-over at 1080p and 4k... If you can upload the 3D files into Unity3D, you can make a game version where people can fly around. that would be very good. and a new video here would be more financially rewarding in 4k.

Was this an indoor city for the most part? I just can't get over the idea of a city built as late as persepolis was having so few "streets" and so few actual "buildings" like "conventional" cities...I mean I can understand this layout if it was built in like, 3,000 BC....but wasn't it only built in like, 500BC? Someone help me out here...this looks more like a palace than anything else...

the persian people were semi-nomadic and likely set up tents around the main city, this is why there isnt much evidence of buildings for the civilians
@LionKing-ew9rm5 жыл бұрын
The Cool Guy Channel Semi Nomadic?! Good joke! They were Nomadic when the proto-Iranic (or Aryans) migrated to the south, 4000 years ago!
@elbownio58205 жыл бұрын
Lion King, i was told that many of the Persian people migrated from capital to capital during different seasons or to match the climate, or at least this is what i gathered, semi-nomadic is probably not the right word to describe this practice. but if i am totally wrong on this, do you know why there is not any surrounding evidence for villages of the common people? is it just because it was destroyed or eroded? or is there evidence for the settlements that i am not aware of?

@mankuqhapaqii47982 жыл бұрын
@@siahcount7891 Alexander wasn't great. He was a barbarian who used his father's army to attack Persia during a fragile period and succeeded only because Persia wasn't ruled by men like Cyrus or Darius. His life's achievement is the conquest of a weak Persia, and he has been glorified because he died too young to face consequences for his idiotic actions. @zaharbujiti9118 жыл бұрын
+Faustino Trejo Modern Islam is Barbaric as Alexander (Iskander) was or may be worst! Alexander was a good warrior and Persia was week at the time due to internal corruptions. He later realized what he had done and tried to undo it, but it was too late. Persian Empire was more advanced than anything he had seen! Persians had abolished slavery, had given men and women the same rights and power, had given freedom of religion, equality of races, etc,etc over 2500 years ago, which some of them even can not be found in many of the so called modern countries! Now Look at Islam, promotes and promoted Slavery, Women have less right than men, Very little human rights (Only three person can gang up and judge against one, and you are done!). Go and take a rest, son of Iskandar, or burn in your stupidity.
