Today, we're traveling to Iran's Persian saffron fields to see how saffron is harvested at the SOURCE in Iran!!! Mr. Taster took The food ranger into the fields to hand pick the individual pieces of saffron and have saffron tea before going to the SAFFRON FACTORY!
We're driving into the NOVIN Saffron FACTORY in Mashhad, Iran! Here, there's definitely over $1,000,000 of saffron in stock, kept in a vault like a BANK!!! We're meeting with the owner himself, Mr. Ali, to take us for a tour of the Novin Saffron Factory and explain to us how saffron is processed and exported all over the world.
And to finish up our Iranian food ADVENTURE, we're going in for a RURAL Iranian village food meal in the countryside at Baghasht Tourism Resort!

Hey Mr Taster its been over five yrs that i have been watching your shows on youtube, to be honest not yours alone but Trevor james, Mark weins and David's been here, I'm not fortunate enough to be a personal guide or a tour guide to personally invite all of you cause I'm not rich enough to invite all of you, but what would amaze not only me but people from the north east of India is that if ever in the miracle of being possible for all of you to do a friendly story of different characters in taste and convictions of the taste of food and its quality and flavours, it would be a wish come true if you, Mark weins, Trevor james, David's been here, and not forgetting the most famous personality of them all Mr. Taster to make a trip down to North Eastern India with food gagging from Sikkim, Darjeeling, kalimpong, Shillong, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh..... starting from skimmese yak, Darjeeling sweet cheese, kalimpong' s momos, to The rich sweetness of beef and pork from shillong, the firey ghost peppers and bamboozle shoots of Nagaland and manipur, and scrumptious river fishes of Arunachal Pradesh, it would be a wonderful journey for all of you and a dream come true for many foodies from the noth east to see such a combination of foodsters to share an epic journey together after the COVID-19 lockdown and in quarantine ends in India, it would be an epic journey for all of you combined in a platter to watch on youtube about your taste bud pleasures, dislike and favourites of cuisines of the north east, lingering from smoked Beef/ pork along with intestines and other organs well done or medium rare in bambooshoot( Dry/ fresh) to rich Blood Sausages.
