This looks fantastic and I'll be trying these soon. Some years ago, I entered to a Persian restaurant in London and had some lovely fluffy white rice with a big piece of buttery, hardened rice from the bottom of the pan. It was out of this world. I don't think there were any potatoes or saffron. Do you have a recipe for this please?
