i just love all the food preserving stuff made a little blackberry fruit leather worked good. do you dry it in the sun? how do you store it i saw you put it in the jar but would it mold?

+Luke's Bushcraft Thanks for watching! I haven't tried blackberry leather yet, sounds good! If it's not raining for a few days I like to sun dry, otherwise I'll air dry. Mold is a possibility if moisture is still present, I try to make it very dry before storing. I don' t make lots of it so it gets eaten before it has a chance. I haven't had an problems with it yet. It's always good to keep a close eye on your dry food just for the mold factor. Thanks again!!
