Hopefully this is helpful to some people sorry about my baby was the only time I was able to film!
You will have an appointment for choosing your finishing touches with persimmon. They have all options there that day but I'd say it is definitely a good thing to go with an idea of what you would like. When we chose our flooring its good to note that some of the colours which were available within the price of the house were sold out so we had to go for other options so maybe choose one or two choices for all of your tile, flooring, cupboard and worktop options!

Yeah sure! I can do a video on our mortgage process anyway! Haha I know it can be different but we went through persimmons recommendation so If you do the same then it’s likely very similar! I’ll get it up in the next couple of days! Xx

Loving these videos, so helpful💓 me and my partner are about to reserve our Persimmons Home, but wondered if we have an on suite, there should be a shower in there included shouldn’t there? Don’t know if that’s a silly question!

Yeah I believe the en-suite have an actual shower unit haha! It’s just where you have a bath tub they don’t put a shower in! If you go ahead with it you’ll love your home!! It’s so exciting! X

Yes en-suite comes with a shower as standard but main bathrooms come with a bath as standard so a shower in there is optional extra x

Thanks for your video! Did you get the normal white extractor that comes as standard? If so, does it work well? What about the white hob? It is easy to maintain and clean/does it chip?

hey! yeah the fan has worked fab so far! I actually like that you can push it away and can't see it. the hob is great. I just use anti bad wipes to wipe over after ive done dishes each day to keep on top of it! obviously if you're cooking something that splashes it shows very obviously but easy to clean and hasn't chipped at all or marked xx
