This upgraded kitchen has 54 outstanding Fails with regards to quality issues! These have now waited in excess of nearly 7 months to be repaired.
Is your kitchen a hub for your and your family? Please ensure your kitchen is safe and not a potential fire hazard like this one.
Symphony kitchens have now failed to appear on three separate occasions and are now ignoring our emails and calls.
This kitchen cost nearly £4k, the home over a quarter of a million pounds. Whilst that might not seem like a lot of money - to us hard working career professionals it is.
The house builders and kitchen installers need to be held responsible for taking peoples money and held accountable until snags and low quality defects are repaired and or replaced.
Really we did not want to have to take this kind of action, but our calls, emails and text messages have just been simply ignored.
These houses on this estate are full of faults, and whilst we accept that it's anew build there will always be faults - we expect the house builder and contractors to repair issues in good reasonable time. That's simply not happening.
We also appreciate that our instance or experience may not be the same for every Persimmon / Symphony Kitchen buyer.
We have just basically been fobbed off enough, we are tired, we are exasperated, we feel very angry, annoyed and let down.
