nice to see a real showhome video with people in the house, just saved me a job looking a a new persimmons development these homes are 260k on that development (in a rundown northern mill town). people must be bat crazy if they pay this much for a glorified shoe box.

Bed take 60% of the room space, basically rooms are way too small

The door in the kitchen takes up too much area for the table and chairs. Nice Utlity is separate.

Nice layout, house is bigger on the outside, lol. But very nice all the same. Wish all house builders would make the lounge slightly bigger and the bedrooms with elbow room. Always looks as if you have to walk sideways down the sides of the beds.

Why are the rooms sooo small? I see those giant buildings and tiny rooms, what’s the point? And I thought that my South American house was small 😂😂

Box ticking exercise to say detached, en suite, etc. On paper having no ensuite and no airing cupboard would sound worse but would make the bedrooms more reasonable size. UK houses some of the smallest, most expensive and badly built in the world!

Omg everything small here, lounge, dinning, kid room is basically a small study room, bedroom 2 barely a double bed and the master bedroom. What is happening with the master bedroom? Smh What is the price on it? 150,000????

These developers are allergic to tiles I swear. Is it the fashion now to have like 4 tiles in your bathroom? Pathetic thin backer board in kitchen? In my house that nice white wall would be covered in cooking grease etc in seconds. I know it's cheaper but I just don't get it...

Yeah it's cheaper, but they also just do the bare minimum so that the house is to code. You can upgrade in finishing touches to add more tiles/a backsplash if you want. Less tile can can be a positive though - developers' selections of tiles are limited and you might like the house but hate the tiles. Best to have a small amount if you're planning on changing things to suit your taste later on - less waste/less effort to remove.
