Ahh, The Velvet siblings grandfather and the one who gave them the most powerful version of Megidoloan and I love his theme! His theme is identical to the Crawling Chaos but less evil, more good, love his persona, but I am laughing my ass that his persona design is head and hands, but with more butterfly design in the neck and lower part of the hands! Turns out he's not that hard to beat when all of your Personas reflect magic. For this I had Michael, Hastur, Quezalcoatl, Vishnu and Artemis (Michael can only be used by Ellen so in she went) and some Anti-Force Beads for his only physical move. After that, just keep that up and use Hieros Glupaine and Chaos Element while he batters himself down.

You have to do a lot of grinding (especially in the early-game) and certain bosses are a little cheap with one move that they have, making those fights rely on luck.

I don't consider it too hard. Learn to abuse fusion spells for more Persona mutations and you'll be fine. There are only two, maybe three boss fights that'll give you trouble.

Not sure if you had to beat the game only ones or twice with both roads but it's in the main menu selection screen. If you have beaten the game ones, check your main menu screen where you can start new game/load /options etc it should be in the list as a selectable mode and it will prompt you to load a completed save file.

You do have to beat it twice and take both paths (i.e. one playthrough taking Nate's path and the other taking Ellen's path). Once you do that the option to do the EX dungeon will be in the main menu.

Best the game once, save it, load it as a new game, beat the game again with the other party member and save where you first beat the game. The save will have both Elly and Nate's faces. Once you have this save file, the game will unlock the EX-Dungeon in the main menu (the game always read your memory card in the main menu).

the reward is actually that now you can use igor's phone in the velvet room and call most of p2 characters with it, you can even call apollo, nyarlathotep and maya (not joking), also nameless can show you the game's video cutscenes
