P3 might be the last biggest "stakes" Persona games so far. Like it's not a town of P4 or a country in P5 it's the entire human race and 1 guy (who wasn't really fond of the world or lived happy up to the starting point, mind you) taking the entire blow alone. And nobody even knows or remembers that. The DLC also only allows the main cast to remember him and ensures that it meant something. Damn i love this game

It's hurtful that MC made all sorts of empty "promises" on 3/4, The old couple will lose another son-like figure, Chihiro won't ever get a chance to walk home with him again, He'll be long gone when Bebe visits, Mamoru will never race him again, Fuuka was so happy to have an extra tech club member, Mitsuru/Yukari making plans for him to meet their families, and Aigis finally finding a reason to live, only to have it taken from her in a matter of days... so on so forth I know too well how important a proper goodbye is, and I feel like his friends deserved that after all they've been through, like... at least give us the option to leave a will/final message with Aigis man.

That is a case, including the part he immediately did died next day and he never made it that far into the month but at the same time imo "The Answer" and Ultimax flat out ruined a lot of things and created a plot hole. Furthermore it adds plot holes for a story that didn't needed to be addressed further. Dungeon crawler fest with bits of story that don't add too much to the story. Yukari...yukari how do you turn on trusted comrades that fought death with you. She should be well understood what her trusted comrades and main character sacrifice at this point but nope she takes up a notch. She even becomes jealous at certain points of certain "character" it just becomes petty. I do dislike what they did here to characters because it basically throws good character development into the dumpster. The gameplay problems can be fixed in a modern day dlc imo and the answer does have good music. However my fault with Ultimax with Elizabeth story, where she mentioned she is trying to save mc and so on. Esp This brings up a lot of problems from the answer. There should be a big issue that the seal could and can be broken making his sacrifice for naught. Now I'm not sure how she is going to pull this off but it would be a very very hard task to figure out a way to deal with nyx without his seal there to protect humanity. If her journey is just beginning I feel this imo should have ended with Persona 3 ending and story concluded. Atlus keep bringing up a scenario where he could be saved or free kinda defeats point of persona 3 but in many cases it does bring hope. Altus would make a fortune with the rebirth of P3 looking like Messiah or Jesus if they did continue to touch on Elizabeth's journey. Pretty sure no one would turn down such a game if they did.

​@@TehReasoningI wouldn't say Yukari was being petty Yea, she was being a massive bitch to everyone but she just wanted to bring her friend back, everyone else wanted too as well but they knew if they did, his sacrifice would have been for nothing but Yukari didn't want to accept that so I kinda understand her for that, especially since none of them got to say goodbye to him because he just died, it wasn't slow or quick, there was no signs, he just died instantly so no one got to say goodbye and I know how that feels, I never got to say goodbye to my nan when she past away from cancer or say goodbye to one of my dads dogs because she had to be put down because she was too old to be operated on for a issue she had Turning on her friends was stupid and like I mentioned, she was a massive bitch in The Answer but I wouldn't say she was petty, she just wanted her friend back but she does come around at the end Elizabeth could be easily answered cuz she is cononically the most powerful Velvet Room Attendant with only being beaten by Makoto so she could potentially get the Universe Arcana to switch places with him so Elizabeth becomes the Seal and Makoto gets his life back but I doubt we will get a continuation of Elizabeths story I feel like the Remake of The Answer should be, instead of It being "Should be bring him back or let him rest" with infighting but should be about grief, how everyone coped with his death with maybe Yukari's coping mechanism being like "There must be some way of bringing him back" or something, only in the end for her to accept there isn't away and instead of fighting for a way, she helps others get over their grief and help them smile and just remember him for all the memories he left with them but that's how I think it should be done

Just finished the game and even though I knew what was coming I had already played it through Portable in 2020 ironically finished it right before Royal, yeah no the ending was done fantastically and this game was done right; but yes the Arcana is the means by which all is revealed

@@FazPersona What difficulty did you play on? It seems like it’s only granted to those who played on Merciless. I started a NG+ on Merciless difficulty, and this Blue Envelope is the only item that carried over (the game says nothing carries over if you start on Merciless).

Had to uninstall this game after beating it twice in 2 weeks. Legit finished the first playthrough & was so broken from the ending because of how good it was that I fr went & played immediately after. Didn’t play any other game either😭😭. Somehow the second time playing the ending hurt even more, along with hearing akinari’s mother speech. Haven’t cried over a game since nier automata, & even then it wasn’t as bad as this. First persona game really just became a top 3 game for me. Never got hit with feels like this for a game/show in a while. Literal tears.

@@piratecontinuum the door-kun joke comes from the answer part of the story (which will come as dlc later this year), the joke comes from the seal taking the form of a door with mc's figure essentially being crucified on it. as for why it kept saying he was tired, it's because he's dying. the cost for sealing nyx is his life (as you can see from the great seal skill cost being 100% of his hp) and the only reason he even made it as far as graduation day was because he was determined to keep the promise he made with his friends to meet up then if they forgot all their memories of the dark hour (which they did, and only remembered on the day of the promise). so yes, he's dead, but the point of this ending is that even if he does die, he can do so without regrets because he was able to protect his friends and see them one last time.

I sure hope that they will eventually make a part 2 of this game I mean I know it’d be kinda difficult to make a sequel to a specific one in a series with multiple different characters and objectives but at the same time I just loved this bunch of characters so much that I feel they need to make it possible for him to be brought back along with Yukari because that cliffhanger on her romance was a total ripoff I’d say the ones I’d want the most to return would be Yukari, Junpei, Akihiko, and Ryoji those were my favorites out of all of them

@@foodmr2022 Yeah, more specifically he is stopping another entity known as Erebus (humanity's desire for death) from interacting with Nyx, which is what causes humanity to perform collective suicide since Nyx is more of a neutral creature than a malevolent one. Persona has some really cool lore.
