The wheel’s effect was completely changed here. Whether it lands on blue or red, it affects your whole team and the bosses. Though for some reason Fortune’s last resort wheel does nothing if it lands on red. It shows the death icon so it was probably supposed to be an instant kill on everyone, but like I said, nothing seems to happen.

Yes the last spin is for story purposes and not gameplay, it's scripted to always happen when the fortune boss hits 1hp

i think it's a scare gimmick, it's an "oh shit it's about to nuke us with it's last bit of life" and then nothing happens

​@@PhantomEnderiumbut still it logically doesn't make sense as to why the effect didn't work it makes more sense as foreshadowing as fortune arcana is meant be seen with the wheel fortune which tells an inescapable fate no matter what you do this is also shown in the social link no matter what Keisuke does he is destin to become a doctor
