In English-speaking countries, people may insert a foreign word to make themselves appear fancy. The same is true abroad. For example, in Poland people sometimes say “apropos” or “pardons.”

French here. Answering to you right now so when I reach that point I can tell you (there is no dub in french though so it will prolly be just the subs)

In French (subs), Mitsuru speaks Italian or Spanish (In this particular scene, she says "Bellissimo" and in an other if I remember well she said "Muy Bien"). It depends on the dialogue.
