Well, alongside Aigis, Yukari was closer to Makoto than the other SEES members were. I don’t think FES really had that many flirtatious comments that you can say when speaking to Yukari. I guess Ms. Toriumi was trying to keep her professionalism despite her inner thoughts thinking Makoto was “hawt”.

Some of these dialogue choices practically confirm a theory for me. Every time we start a New Game +, its Makoto, Yu, and Ren restarting the timeline of their stay in Iwatodai, Inaba, and Tokyo with everything they earned from the previous one, and they retain their previous memories, but do not mention them…

(She admitted to it in her Maya social link). And then he rizzed her a 2nd time through her online avatar and she couldn't even see his face. I can see 2 differences in both scenes. The first one with Toriumi is nonexistent in the OG and the only difference for the one with Yukari is that you didn't need any special stats to say it in the OG
