I think I figured out how Teddie actually got drunk, influencing the other ones to act drunk. Since he's a shadow, he's from a world where perception is reality. So if he perceived the drinks as hard liquor, he'd actually get drunk.

Also it was a secret show, so it could have been some kind of private one time event, that didn't fall under club's adult-only policies. +The great seal From what I recall, Shinjiro mentions at the night the Hemit-shadow appears, how there'd recently been a private event that got cancelled due to power-outage at the Club-Escapade, information which helps SEES locate the shadow, so Rise wouldn't have been at the club when SEES were fighting the Hermit there, as the due date and cancellation of her show had already passed by then.

Normal people don't even know about the dark hour, they just turn into coffin. Plus, She didn't mention anything about apathy syndrome which means S.E.E.S. got the shadow boss pretty quick so there were no casualty.

SOS Sama is right, normal people don't even know the dark hour. Shadow can affect infrastructures if they want to. For example the monorail incident, after the dark hour, people commented on why the monorail is displaced on such huge distance (because it is moving in the dark hour, but people don't notice). Gekkoukan High blasted with no cause in the past, people died, because of shadow. And in the case club escapade, the shadow boss eats electricity, so after the dark hour ended, power still out, even though no one knows why. Rise didn't experience the dark hour, but experienced power still out, `after` the dark hour.

I'm not sure if they are going to be updating the graphics since Golden sold well as is on pc with minor changes. However I can see them re-releasing an updated version of Persona 3. While I don't imagine a new version with FeMC, I suspect part of the reason they didn't put FES on steam is because no manual control of party members.

I came here from Persona 4 Golden on Steam (my very first Persona game!) and I just started Persona 3 FES for the very first time and I was like "Oh wait, I know this location!" :-D
