I really loved the shadow Teddie fight because unlike the other shadows, teddies shadow doesn’t torment him but is rather straight forward because he is the cold truth Teddie has been distracting himself from by acting happy go lucky all the time, and it really brings out the main theme of P4 of reaching out to the truth as it hits home specially when Teddie confesses he’s just a shadow and comes to peace with it

So to sum up all the characters shadows: Yosuke: trying to draw attention to himself to keep from being isolated by boredom. Chie: wants someone, like Yukiko, who needs her at all time. Yukiko: wants someone to practically take her somewhere far from the boredom of Inaba. Kanji: Is scared of being rejected by either girls, or guys. Rise: Wants to be a different person other than Risette. Teddie: *IDENTITY CRISIS. Naoto: Wants a reason to not be alone, and yearn to be an adult and a man.

@@rRecoveryProdiirc (and if I’m not subconsciously using my own headcannons) in p3 you need to be aware of Death, not fear it, accept that you don’t know much, if anything about it, and press the trigger to show you’re willing to risk your life to get the Answer, but refusing to simply die observing without action. Also I think the Evokers are just very advanced technology relying on persona science but it’s not really explained. Now that I think about it, persona are easier to burst out huh. In P3, they need special technology to be able to call their potential and accept death (without desiring it upfront). In P4, you need to face yourself, and (Also look for the truth). In P5 you need to rebel against judgement from society, (and also have a desire to change this society) Apart from the environment in which these develop, they seemingly awake easier as time passes
