I don't think they met each other, but I think Rise's concert got cancelled because of the Dark Hour and I think its the part where they have to fight the shadow boss in the club

@@wutnow6419 I don't think the concert being cancel because of Dark Hours. Dark Hour happen after midnight and during that time only a small amount of ppl doesn't get effected, so unless the secret concert happens past midnight and the entire club doesn't get turn into coffin during Dark Hour

@@annguyen-tr3ne nope, the shadow despite only shows up at midnight, if I remember, the blackout happened even at midday (Mitsuru even told us that people in Tatsumi port island strangely always experiencing unexplainable blackouts for a week? Or more?) Because the shadow absorb electricity.

Apparently the blackout was actually a result of the aftermath of the fight against The Hermit. After the Dark Hour, the power was still out, and presuming Rise was singing until midnight, the power would have gone out in the middle of the concert.
