This isn't the only one in the game though. After all, the Yakuza series is very famous in Japan: 1. Sometimes you can find 2 people dressed up like Kiryu Kazuma and Majima Goro at Shibuya (near the daily lottery stand) 2. One of Kanshiro's henchman looks like Yukio Tatsuya, who is the protagonist of a Yakuza spin-off game on the Playstation Portable

The Offical English title is "Yakuza" which has nothing to do with the original Japanese title, no dragon and stuff at all, so not too many people notice this kinda Easter egg. What a shame.
