Persona meets Game of Thrones - Metaphor: ReFantazio Review

If this game isn't a 5/5 I don't know what is! I had no intention of buying this game but I downloaded the demo on a whim and it completely blew me away! The level of ambition and quality on display is stunning! The graphics are very good as is the art direction. And I love how stylish everything is and how they frame the fights. It's almost like a highlight on sportscenter! After each fight you walk away like Resevoir Dogs bad azz style! And I love the gameplay! Simple but complex! And the writing and voice-acting are fantastic! The voice-actors really nailed their characters and each one is acted brilliantly! The music is also a highlight, as is the amazing anime cut scenes! I also think the fantasy within a fantasy conceit works really well! Taken all together I really feel Atlus and Studio Zero have taken JRPGs to the next level! The game is truly something special in my opinion and definitely a 10/10!

I think making each Archetype for different characters level up seperately is a very good way to balance it, otherwise it would be so broken no? And i heard that the game provides you with many items that can boost your Archetype level as well. I personally think it is hardly an issue, and also its a rpg, grinding is a part of its charm.

So once an Archetype is maxed out it will produce an Exp item every 1000exp-a which give exactly 1000exp-a

@@Mauditduparadis yup, basically the game even reward you more for grinding, and the game give a lot pf freedom while still require a little bit of planning. Id think its pretty cool.

I know this sounds so shallow but the only thing really holding me back buying this at the moment (aside form the knowledge atlus will no doubt have a better version of this later) is the character designs. Really not a fan especially of that main character.

I'm not gonna dislike your video ofc but I very much do not like your title. I think those comparisons are annoying and kinda poorly written.
