thank you jass you are doing really great job Its good to see that emotional awareness are coming in our community. It was missing from long time . When we self love & compassion we do things which from open heart not to people please. there was alot of suppression on emotion from long time generation to generation now its time to break the cycle . Shame, guilt, fear, judgement is the blockage of Authenticity & vulnerability by showing compassion & acceptance to yourself one can break this emotional pattern
