Amazing Nat! Thank you! I just start delegating things that I believe were so private, but now I'm having more time to do more important and not urgent things. I love the phrase take one step back, to make two steps forward. I felt that this video was more quick than previous videos. I belive that you want to make shorter videos around 10 minutes right? You probably don't need to spend much time on the "refine" step since 80% of your improvements will come from 20% of your optimizations. Plus, you can leave some somewhat low-hanging fruit for the person to whom you delegate the system to motivate/train them.
